TOGETHER - EQUALITY. DIVERSITY. RESPECT.

In November 2015, Wigan Athletic Football Club, Wigan Athletic Community Trust and the DW Stadium launched 'Together', which aims to improve what we do and how we do it with particular focus on equality and diversity.

This is the first of many programmes in which the Club, Community Trust and the DW Stadium are working together as one organisation sharing the good practices we have in place and seeking to improve upon these.

As part of this, building upon the Club's achievement of the Kick It Out Equality Standard - Preliminary level in 2014, we are now working towards achieving the Premier League Equality Standard - Intermediate level. To achieve this we have established a cross organisational working group who are actively reviewing and improving our practices under four key areas of our activities; our community, our staff, our supporters and customers, and our brand and reputation.
