Hundreds of young people took part in a Soccer School with coaches from Wigan Athletic Community Trust in the Isle of Man last week.

For the second year in the row, Latics coaches worked with young people from Colby AFC at their facility on the island.

The Community Trust’s Sport and Cohesion Manager Wes Partington who led the five day coaching course said: “The week was fantastic and everyone from Colby AFC made us feel really welcome.

“We had about 70 kids a day taking part in the coaching and the standard was really good – there were also a few more kids in Latics tops as well which was great to see.”
