Holiday football courses return this Easter

During the last school holidays over 100 children a day took part in football coaching with Latics in the Community. 

And the holiday courses will back during the Easter holidays with courses ranging from £5 - £15 a day.

Every coaching session is open to both boys and girls between the ages of 6 – 14 and are the ideal place for young people to stay active and have fun during the school holidays.

Latics Soccer School

Based at the Abraham Guest Academy in Green this four day camp runs from Monday March 25th to Thursday March 28th.

Coaching runs from 9am and 4pm and participants will receive:

  • High quality coaching from FA and UEFA qualified coaches
  • A personalised report card, certificate and Team Latics T-shirt
  • An exclusive behind the scenes visit to the DW Stadium

The Soccer School will also give young people the chance to win fantastic Latics prizes including signed merchandise and the chance to meet manager Roberto Martinez and his first team stars before a Premier League home game at the DW Stadium.

The Latics Soccer School costs £15 a day or £50 for the full five days and places are limited to please book early to avoid disappointment.

Pay as You Play Courses

Latics in the Community coaches will also be at venues across Wigan delivering pay as you play sessions for just £5.

These courses are also open to both boys and girls between the ages of 6- 14, but there is no need to book – you can just turn up and play!

Sessions run between 10am and 3pm and will be based at:

New Venue: Ormskirk School, Wigan Road, Ormskirk, L39 2AT

Please note all participants need to bring a packed lunch, drink and clothes suitable for football (including shin pads).
