Our latest loan report as Dicko scores and Kiernan's Southend march closer to the top.

It was a first start for Nouha Dicko last night since his loan move to Rotherham United and there was no holding back as the Frenchman opened the scoring in the Millers' 3-0 away victory against Coventry City.

The win move Rotherham up to seventh in League One, with Dicko assisting the second goal and winning a penalty for the third before being replaced with just a minute of normal time remaining.

Another in a string of impressive performances fell to Rob Kiernan last night as he and Southend United won 2-1 on the road against Portsmouth.

The defender's run in the Shrimpers' team has coincided with their excellent form as Kiernan and co. sit third in League Two, just one point from the top of the table.
