Al Habsi, Boyce, Fortune, Huws, Maloney and McArthur called up for internationals.

  • Emmerson Boyce in Barbados qualifying squad.
  • Fortune could earn first French Guiana cap.
  • Huws, Maloney and McArthur to face Euro 16 qualifiers.

Emmerson Boyce and Marc-Antoine Fortune will both take part in the CFU Caribbean Cup qualifiers for Barbados and French Guiana respectively.

Boyce and Barbados will travel to Martinique as the Bajan Pride face Surinam, Martinique and Bonaire during the first round of qualifying on 3 September, 5 September and 7 September.

Fortune’s French Guiana will travel to Puerto Rico to first face Puerto Rico themselves, before games against Grenada and Curacao.

The 33-year-old striker could earn his first cap for French Guiana, with Boyce hoping to add to his four caps for Barbados.

Three Latics players have received call-ups for UEFA European Championship 2016 qualifiers, with Shaun Maloney and James McArthur set to join up with Scotland to face Germany in Dortmund on 7 September, as Emyr Huws travel with Wales to Andorra for their fixture on 9 September.

Ali Al Habsi has also been called up by Oman for an international friendly, as they face Republic of Ireland on 3 September at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

In the youth ranks, Owen Evans will represent Wales’ Under 19s in Montenegro, and Adrian Purzycki will take part in a Poland Under 18s training camp.
