Match Preview

Wigan Athletic travel to Nottingham Forest this Saturday in their best form of the season having won five of their last six games in all competitions, a run which has seen Latics rise to third in the Sky bet Championship form table. 

Uwe Rosler’s side’s form is in contrast to that of our hosts who are without a win in their last three games - although their last two games have been against the competition’s top two.

Nottingham Forest will be without midfielder Andy Reid who requires a hernia operation and Billy Davies is also still without Henri Lansbury (back) and David Vaughan (knee).  

Jack Hobbs is also still out but Kevin Gomis and Eric Lichaj are both close to a return. 

Wigan Athletic have added midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe to their ranks this week following his loan move from Fulham  and manager Uwe Rosler today said that he will be involved in the squad.
