Get in shape for summer with the Wigan Athletic Community Trust
With summer fast approaching now is the perfect time to get in shape and Wigan Athletic Community Trust has the ideal way for Latics fans to get fit and have fun at the same time.
Wigan Fit Fans is a 12 a week sport and lifestyle programme for men over the age of 25 that has helped hundreds of men lose weight, eat healthier, drink less and play more sport over the 18 months.
The scheme is free to join and everyone who completes the course gets their own Wigan Athletic shirt presented to them by a Latics legend.
Roy Pemberton, from Standish has just finished the programme he said: “I just want to say a huge thank you to Wigan Athletic for all their excellent support on the 12 week Fit Fans Programme.
“I would sincerely recommend any man over the age of 25 who wants to get motivated and lose weight in a relax environment with other likeminded men to join the next programme.”
