Latics head into this second qualifying round clash unbeaten so far in 2014/15, with their most recent competitive game coming in the previous round of the Under 21 Premier League Cup, a 5-0 win against Preston North End.

A double from Aaron Taylor-Sinclair, and goals from Marc-Antoine Fortune, Tim Chow and Ryan Jennings saw Joe Parkinson's side comfortably through at Robin Park Arena.

Forest's form differs, with two consecutive defeats to Queens Park Rangers and Swansea City in the Under 21 Professional Development League, but the young City Ground side did record four victories previous to their recent slide.
