CALDWELL: LET’S DO MEET AND GREET AGAIN

23 April 2015

Gary Caldwell urges Latics fans to greet the players again as they arrive for the Wolves match – as club lays on extra entertainment especially.

Wigan Athletic manager Gary Caldwell says the Meet and Greet prior to the Brighton match made a huge difference to the mood of the players, and has urged supporters to come back this Saturday prior to the final home game of the Sky Bet Championship against Wolverhampton Wanderers and do the same again.

The club will put on extra entertainment to accommodate fans, with the Team Latics Hub moved outside for the afternoon, plus a bouncy castle and more family activities, open from 1.00pm.

The players are due to arrive from 1.15pm approximately, though times may vary due to traffic.

“We had to build in some extra time into the schedule” Caldwell said, “because we hoped a lot of fans would turn up, and so it proved and it took the players quite a bit longer to get in from their cars.

“So let’s do the same again on Saturday, because your support and good luck messages really make a difference to the players as they arrive and get ready for the game.”

THE LATICS PLAYERS WILL BE ARRIVING AT THE PLAYERS CAR PARK AT H GATE, AT THE CORNER OF THE EAST AND SOUTH STANDS, FROM AROUND 1.15PM ON THE DAY OF THE MATCH.

Purchase your tickets for this fixture in advance, as match day prices will apply.
