Jack White adds to international experience in Europ qualifiers.
- Jack White plays twice for Northern Ireland U17s.
- Northern Ireland wait on future in UEFA Euro qualifiers.
- One draw and two defeats in Israel.
Latics defender Jack White continued his international progress last week with two appearances for Northern Ireland's Under 17s in their UEFA European Championship qualifying campaign.
It looks unlikely that Northern Ireland will progress as a best third place finisher (five from 13 third placed sides qualify based on results against the top two), after drawing 1-1 with bottom side Norway, and losing 2-1 to Israel and 1-0 to France.
16-year-old defender, White, came on as a second half substitute in the opening game against France, played the full 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw with Norway, but was an unused substitute in the final fixture defeat to Israel.
White now has three Under 17 caps to his name, after making his debut against Slovenia in August.
