Two fans selected at random from retweets will question Gary Caldwell at fan sites forum.

  • Gary Caldwell and Jonathan Jackson to hold Latics website forum.
  • “I’m looking forward to answering the questions.” – Caldwell.
Latics manager Gary Caldwell will hold his first ‘website-editors’ fans forum at the DW Stadium on Thursday 15 October – and two supporters chosen at random from those who respond to the club’s tweet, will also have the opportunity to quiz Gary and Chief Executive Jonathan Jackson.

The regular informal meetings where editors and bloggers of Latics-related sites are invited to the DW Stadium to field their questions directly at the manager and CEO have been held for the last five years and the questions and answers can cover any subject.

As a slight twist, and to reflect Latics’ ever-changing social media profile, the club are including two people who apply to be there via twitter.

Caldwell is looking forward to being under the spotlight, in his first websites meeting.

He said: “The people who edit and operate the websites are also big supporters of the club and monitor opinion among the fanbase at large and it will be interesting for me to find out what’s on their mind and for them to ask what’s on mine.”

Fans have until Midnight on Monday 12 October to respond, with the two winners being picked at random by 12.00 noon on Tuesday 13 October. The meeting will be held on Thursday afternoon at 4.00pm so successful entrants will need to confirm their availability to attend.
