Community Trust Fit Fans sessions return for autumn.
- Community Trust Fit Fans returns.
- Health programme for men aged 25+.
- 12-week course just £3 per session.
Wigan Athletic Community Trust’s Fit Fans sessions are back this autumn, offering men aged 25+ the opportunity to get healthy and have fun!
The Fit Fans programme gives men the chance to take part in football and sport sessions, receive free health checks and workshops and to take part in monthly challenges, in order to lead a healthier lifestyle.
For just £3 per session, the 12-week programme has helped previous participants to lose up to four stone!
The latest sessions start on Tuesday 22nd September 2015 and are running at Montrose Skills Hub, Montrose Avenue, WN5 9XN, from 6.00 – 8.00pm.
Fit Fans is funded by the Premier League and PFA and runs in partnership with Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust, whose Health Trainers attend sessions and provide support to participants.
