Community Trust supporting first ever European Week of Sport.

The first ever European Week of Sport is being celebrated in 31 European countries from 7th – 13th September 2015 and Wigan Athletic Community Trust are supporting the Football League Trust in helping the UK to lead from the front.
The weeklong event is all about making it as easy as possible for people to #BeActive.
With 8 different sports available through the Trust’s Premier League 4 Sport programme, as well as Latics Kicks sessions, football leagues at Wigan Youth Zone and disability football coaching, the Community Trust’s weekly activity list is full of ways to get involved with sport!

Not only that, over 100 schools sports sessions will run throughout the week at schools that have signed up to receive PE curriculum support and after school sports sessions from the Community Trust coaches.
