It's a crunch clash at Christopher Park on Tuesday afternoon as Latics host Bradford City in the Final Third Development League West, looking to close the gap on the Bantams who sit second on 22 points, five ahead of Latics and with two games in hand. The visitors are one point behind leaders Walsall having played four less than the Saddlers, with Latics six behind and two games in hand.
Latics were standout winners in last week's fixtures, thumping Burton Albion 8-1 with an experienced side which saw Haris Vuckic grab a hat-trick, with the returning Michael Jacobs also on the score sheet alongside Tim Chow, Matty Hamilton, Craig Davies and Sam Cosgrove.
Bradford also claimed three points, keeping up their impressive season with a 2-0 victory away at Wrexham.
Latics met with the Bantams in mid-march for the reverse fixture, dropping to a narrow 1-0 defeat at the Coral Windows Stadium.
