SKY BET LEAGUE ONE
DW STADIUM BEAM BACK
SATURDAY 30 APRIL 2016
Latics’ Sky Bet League One match at Blackpool on Saturday 30 April 2016 will be beamed back live to an open air big screen at the DW Stadium after it was confirmed that no further match tickets will be available to Latics fans.
Our allocation of 3,000 was sold in under three hours and although the club requested further tickets, Blackpool FC have now confirmed that they are not able to allocate any additional tickets.
To satisfy the huge interest in the match, up to 2,000 extra Latics fans will now be able to watch the game live on a giant 25 metre square open air screen erected in front of the Springfield Stand – the first time the DW Stadium will host such an event.
Fans will enter the beam-back screening from Turnstile A in the Springfield Stand and sit on the seats facing the screen, which will be on the side of the pitch. The sound of the match will be piped through the stadium’s PA system, while supporters will be able to consume alcohol in the stands.
Food and drink will be available to purchase from the Springfield Stand concourse.
