Useful information ahead of Latics' visit to Sheffield United.

  • Latics travel to Sheffield United on Saturday in Sky Bet League One
  • Kick off 3.00pm at Bramall Lane
  • Over 1,500 supporters set to travel to Sheffield United.

Over 1,500 Latics supporters are set to travel to Sheffield United this weekend, for the 3.00pm kick off in Sky Bet League One.  Tickets will remain on sale from the DW Stadium Ticket Office until 4.00pm on Friday 5 February, subject to availability.

A pay on the day facility will be available for this fixture.  Prices subject to a £2.00 rise.

For those who haven't travelled to Bramall Lane before, or for those who would like more information on the match day experience at Sheffield United, the club's Supporter Liaison Officer has provided the following information:

DIRECTIONS

From North / South / East: Exit the M1 at Junction 33 following signs to Sheffield (A57) and continue along the Sheffield parkway until you reach the Park Square Roundabout.  Take the third exit and follow signs for Bramall Lane.

From the West: Take the A57 into Sheffield and take the fourth exit at round about into Upper Hanover Street. At the next roundabout take the third exit Bramall Lane.

By bus / rail: The ground is just a few minutes walk from Sheffield Railway station and approximately 15 minutes walk from the city centre Bus Station.

By tram: The ground is approximately a 10 minute walk from Granville Road (Sheffield College) Tram Stop. This stop is served by the Blue and Purple routes from the city centre bound for Halfway and Herdings Park.

CAR PARKING

Unfortunately parking is not available at the ground on match day.  Please be aware that the surrounding areas are controlled by pay and display or permit holder restrictions.

Recommended car parking includes: APCOA Car Park, Eyre Street - The Moor MSPC, Eyre Street Sheffield S1 4QW.

BRAMALL LANE



Latics supporters will be situated in the Redbrik Stand.

A wide range of food and drink is available from kiosks in the concourse, including hot food such as pies, burgers, chips, sausage rolls and pulled pork sandwiches, as well as cold snacks.

Supporters can also purchase a copy of the match day programme for £3 from sellers around the stadium.

Kit: Latics will wear their traditional blue and white home kit for this fixture.

Latics supporters are reminded flares and any kind of pyrotechnic devices are illegal and any supporters found in possession these will be immediately ejected and could face severe repercussions.
