The club can confirm that forward Ryan Jennings has joined National League side Grimsby Town on loan until the end of the 2015/16 season.
Jennings links up with the Mariners for his second spell in the National League this season, having already nine appearances for league leaders Cheltenham Town earlier this season, before his loan ended in January.
Grimsby currently sit third in the National League table, nine points inside the division's play-off places.
The 20-year-old winger has also scored twice in four matches for Latics' Development Squad, and made his competitive first team debut in the Capital One Cup against Bury at the DW Stadium in August 2015.
