Sunday’s official matchday programme for the season finale with Barnsley at the DW Stadium is packed with exclusive content.

Priced at £4, the programme features interviews with Michael Jacobs - who looks back on his first campaign at the DW – and Reece Wabara, who assesses the task ahead against a Barnsley side he played for earlier this season.

Manager Gary Caldwell, chief executive Jonathan Jackson and captain Craig Morgan contribute their regular columns whilst chairman David Sharpe has penned a special message to supporters after a memorable first season at the helm.

There’s also a gallery from the win at Blackpool last time out as club photographer Bernard Platt captured all the action and celebrations from the players, staff and supporters.

We go in depth on Barnsley and find out more about the Tykes’ campaign by talking to local journalist Doug O’Kane, whilst we also profile where the paths of the players and staff from each club have crossed previously.

Paul Rowley and Jeff Rourke cover our historical content, looking back at our previous fixtures with Barnsley and games on May 8th too. The 1996-97 promotion-winning campaign is also profiled in Football League Years.

More first-team content comes from Stephen Warnock, who picks his ‘One to Eleven’, and it is right up there with the best we’ve seen this season!

You can also find out more about the season we’ve had at academy level, as Gregor Rioch gives an update on progress over at Christopher Park. Wigan Athletic Community Trust all review their year’s work, with all the facts and figures behind their success in helping over 8,000 people across Wigan.

This special edition programme is available for £4 from sellers at the DW Stadium or you can buy digital and print copies online by clicking here.
