GILLINGHAM 1 OLDHAM ATHLETIC 2 - BILLY MCKAY

Oldham Athletic were winless in Sky Bet League One for seven matches before Saturday's 2-1 away victory at Gillingham, and they had their work cut out for them, coming from 1-0 down inside the first ten minutes.

Cody MacDonald had the Gills ahead, before substitute Freddie Ladapo, who replaced Latics' Billy Mckay on 61 minutes, equalised in the 65th minute.  With just a minute of the 90 remaining Ryan Flynn grabbed all three points, sending Oldham up to 21st on 12 points and level with the four teams directly above them.

SWINDON TOWN 0 BOLTON WANDERERS 1 - ANDREW TAYLOR

Like Oldham, Bolton Wanderers also ended a seven-game winless run which stretched back to 20 August in League One, as Swindon Town defender Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill diverted the ball into his own net in the 86th minute to hand the Trotters a 1-0 away win.

Latics defender Andrew Taylor featured for the full 90 minutes at the County Ground, as Bolton moved up to fifth place on 19 points, five behind second place Bradford City and six behind league leaders Scunthorpe United.

ROCHDALE 3 SOUTHEND UNITED 0 - SANMI ODELUSI

Although he was only introduced as a 92nd minute substitute, Sanmi Odelusi was involved in Rochdale's fifth straight League One victory on Saturday as Dale beat Southend United 3-0 at Spotland Stadium.

Niall Canavan, Calvin Andrew and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing provided the fire power to send Rochdale up to seventh in the division on 18 points, level with sixth place Northampton Town, six behind Bradford and seven behind Scunthorpe.

ACCRINGTON STANLEY 1 CHELTENHAM TOWN 1 - DANNY WHITEHEAD

Midfielder Danny Whitehead was an unused substitute for Cheltenham Town as they came away from Accrington Stanley with a late point, despite being down to 10 men for almost half an hour in thier 1-1 draw.

Terry Gornell put the hosts in front in the 74th minute after Daniel O'Shaughnessy's red card for the Robins, before Robert Dickie grabbed the crucial equaliser a minute from time to give the visitors their seventh draw of the season.

Cheltenham now sit 22nd in Sky Bet League Two on 10 points.

MK DONS 0 PORT VALE 1 - RYAN COLCLOUGH AND JACK HENDRY

Latics' loan action stretched out into Sunday afternoon, but the unbeaten theme wasn't to continue as Ryan Colclough and Jack Hendry's MK Dons lost 1-0 at home to Port Vale live on Sky Sports.

Colclough featured for 84 minutes, but couldn't do anything to stop the defeat as Alex Jones' 35th goal proved crucial for the visitors.  Hendry was an unused sub.
