The Flying Dutchman Yanic Wildschut is the feature interview inside Saturday’s official matchday programme as Latics host Burton Albion at the DW Stadium.

A former Netherlands U21 international, Wildschut discusses his career path from Ajax’s academy to Latics via a number of clubs in his homeland and the north-east of England with Middlesbrough.

Gary Caldwell, Stephen Warnock and Jonathan Jackson give their regular insights whilst fitness coach Jimmy Barrow gives us an in depth look at his role behind the scenes at the Wigan Athletic Training Centre in Euxton.

Our detailed look at our opponents includes a feature called ‘Don’t I Know You?’ where we assess where the paths of the two squads have crossed previously whilst Ashley Wilkinson from the Burton Mail gives a view from the Brewers’ camp.

Other features include ‘National Service’ where we look at the international career of a former or current Wigan Athletic player, it’s the turn of Ecuador’s Antonio Valencia on Saturday,

A number of historical matches are recollected across the programme whilst one of the next generation of Latics stars, Theo Roberts, is interviewed in the academy round-up.

All of this and plenty more is available for just £3 from sellers outside the DW Stadium ahead of the game whilst copies can also be purchased online by clicking here.
