TRAVEL & PARKING

The best suggested route from Wigan is M6-M6Toll-M42-M40-M24-M4 - the postcode for Griffin Park is TW8 0NT

All local routes are busy on match days and it is advised to arrive before 1.30pm.

Residents permit parking exists all around the stadium. There are a number of hotels that have been built in the last couple of years and some of these have fee paying car parks. One is the Premier Inn Kew Bridge (not Premier Inn Brentford) which is approximately a five minute walk from the stadium (TW8 0BB). Alternatively, there is the Travelodge Kew Bridge (TW8 0BD). Brentford Health Centre opposite Brentford train station offers parking (TW8 8DS). Blue Badge holders are advised to use these car parks. Further afield there is free street parking as well as a limited amount of parking meter bays.

There are plenty of bus routes which pass by or close to Griffin Park. The 65 and 235 stop outside the football ground and buses 237, 267, E2, E8, 195 and H91 stop a five to ten minute walk from Griffin Park.

The nearest underground station is South Ealing on the Piccadilly Line, which is approximately a 20 minute walk from Griffin Park. Come out of the station, turn right and continue to walk down South Ealing Road towards Ealing Road, you can’t miss the iconic floodlights of Griffin Park.

Alternatively, South West trains operate a frequent service to Brentford station, which is approximately seven minutes away on foot. Dependent on which platform you arrive onto, walk out onto Boston Manor Road, turn left towards Brentford High Street, within approximately one minute you reach Brentford Library and the war memorial, turn left and then right into Clifden Road, the flood lights are visible from there.

At the bottom of Clifden Road, turn right and the away fans entrance in Brook Road is located on the left hand side.

Wheelchair access for both home and away supporters is through the main entrance in Braemar Road, where stewards are on hand to assist.

MATCH DAY FACILITIES

Brentford is renowned for having a huge variety of pubs all within walking distance. Sadly, Griffin Park no longer has a pub on every corner, however there is plenty of choice for anyone who wants a pre-match drink. All pubs usually welcome all away fans and Brentford fans happily mingle with away supporters. The closest to pubs to Griffin Park are: The Griffin, New Inn, Princess Royal, The Royal Horseguardsmen, Watermans Arms, The Beehive, Brewery Tap, The Kings Arms and The Magpie and Crown. Across the A4 there is The Globe and The Lord Nelson. All these pubs are a short walk (less than ten minutes) from Griffin Park.

All local pubs welcome away supporters. Food and drink is also available inside the stadium.

There has been a regeneration of the town of Brentford in the last couple of years and there are now hotels serving food - including The Novotel, Premier Inn Kew Bridge and Premier Inn Brentford – within a few minutes’ walk plus a little further afield, the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock.

There is a good variety of restaurants and cafés in the local area predominantly in Brentford Lock and Brentford High Street - approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Griffin Park – while, much closer to the ground, is a McDonalds on Ealing Road.

The nearest cash machine to the ground is at Sainsbury's Local on Ealing Road.

If you require assistance, contact Brentford's SLO Madeleine Tarrant located in the Ticket Office on match day.
