Bolton Wanderers 1 Southend United 1 - Andrew Taylor

Sky Bet League One leaders Bolton Wanderers extended their unbeaten start to the 2016/17 season with a 1-1 draw at home to Southend United on Saturday, with Latics loanee Andrew Taylor featuring for the final seven minutes.

Oxford United 1 Rochdale 0 - Sanmi Odelusi

Sanmi Odelusi made his first start for Rochdale since joining the Spotland club on loan in the summer, but was unable to help Dale as they fell to a late 1-0 defeat away at Oxford United.

Odelusi featured for 70 minutes before being substituted.  Rochdale sit bottom of League One with just two points.

Plymouth Argyle 1 Cheltenham Town 0 - Danny Whitehead

It was injury time despair for Cheltenham Town on Saturday when Sonny Bradley grabbed hosts Plymouth Argyle a 92nd minute winner, with midfielder Danny Whitehead and his team mates left reeling.

Whitehead featured for the full 90 minutes in a competitive contest, but defeat leaves the Robins 17th in Sky Bet League Two on six points.

Northampton Town 3 MK Dons 2 - Ryan Colclough & Jack Hendry

Winger Ryan Colclough shone on his MK Dons debut having joined on loan from Latics on transfer deadline day, with the former Crewe Alexandra man featuring for 71 minutes before being replaced by Daniel Powell in a five-goal thriller at Sixfields.

Defender Jack Hendry was also involved in the match day squad as an unused substitute.

It was a match full of Latics links, with former loanee Alex Revell on the score sheet for Northampton Town, another former loanee Nicky Maynard up front for MK Dons and Academy graduate Lee Nicholls an unused sub for the visitors.

The defeat leaves the Dons 14th in League One with seven points.
