Latics midfielder Jordan Flores has joined BlackpooL on loan for the rest of the season.
The 21 year old forward has made 11 first team appearances for Latics over the past 18 months, scoring one goal, and manager Warren Joyce feels the move will help his development.
“Jordan will benefit from extra game time,” said Joyce, “and we hope he can get that with Blackpool, in a competitive environment. Gary Bowyer is an experienced manager and he will benefit from working under him.
“We wish him all the best and will be monitoring his progress.”
Aspull-born Flores returned to the club aged 15 having early been at the School of Excellence and made his league debut at Brentford on the final day of the2014-15 season. He scored on his full league debut in September 2015 against Fleetwood. He has made two substitute league appearances this season, at Derby and Burton Albion.
