Grimsby Town striker completes deadline day move to Latics

Wigan Athletic have signed Grimsby Town striker Omar Bogle, subject to EFL clearance.
The 23 year old has scored 19 goals in 30 matches in all competitions for The Mariners this season.
He passed a medical at Latics and put pen to paper on a two and half year deal minutes before the deadline passed.
Warren Joyce said: “Omar is a finisher, and he has scored goals at every level he has played at. He needs to take it to the next level now but we are convinced he has the attributes to be a success here.”
Birmingham born Bogle began his career at West Bromwich Albion, Birmingham City and Celtic before dropping into non-league with Hinckley United and Solihull Moors. He signed for Grimsby in 2015 and his goals shot The Mariners to promotion back into the EFL.
In total he has scored 35 goals in 78 appearances in all competitions for Grimsby.
