Our full allocation of 2,100 tickets for our away fixture at Blackpool on Saturday 21 October has now sold out.
Always a popular trip with Latics fans, over half of the full allocation of tickets were sold within the first three hours of sales to 2017-18 season card holders.
Over the course of the past few days, the remaining tickets have been sold prior to the scheduled general sale on Monday 9 October.
On hearing the news his side would be backed by over 2,000 fans at Bloomfield Road, Latics boss Paul Cook said:
“The support both home and away this season has been incredible, we are really looking forward to heading to Blackpool and being backed by a huge following.
“We have a tough test against Southend United at the DW Stadium this weekend and that is our first focus before a long trip to Gillingham.
“When Blackpool comes around, though, it will be an exciting occasion for the players, staff and supporters.”
