GIRLS ONLY GYM AND FITNESS SESSIONS AT WIGAN YOUTH ZONE

The sessions are for all levels and abilities.

  • Open to girls between the ages of 12-19.
  • Fun, varied and exciting training programmes.
  • Lose weight and tone-up in a fun environment.

Wigan Athletic Community Trust are offering girls aged 12-19 the chance to improve their fitness at Wigan Youth Zone.

As part of its Premier League Kicks programme, the Trust host girls’ only gym and fitness sessions every Monday from 5-6pm, with a number of varied and exciting training programmes available.

The sessions are a great way of bettering overall health in a fun and safe environment, whilst also providing opportunities to meet new people and make friends.
