TEAM NEWS

Wigan Athletic v Rotherham United Team News

Latics have a fully fit squad to choose from, but will wait on news of Nick Powell's knock, with Paul Cook telling iFollow Latics:

"Nick's Nick, it wouldn't be a Friday without us all worrying about Nick would it? Powelly is having an outstanding season, not just in his general play, but in the goals scored. One of the most impressive things about Tuesday night was when we lost Nick, James Vaughan came off the bench, scored and we looked equally as threatening.

"What will be will be with Nick, the chances are that he'll be fit, but if he's not fit then we know we've got plenty of players champing at the bit to play."

The Millers arrive at the DW Stadium having played Ben Purrington for their last two matches in the absence of Joe Mattock due to a hamstring injury, whislt midfielder Darren Potter completed 60 minutes of a reserve match on Thursday afternoon as he stepped up his recovery from an Achilles problem.

Jamie Proctor remains Rotherham's longer term complaint, but other than that, the Millers are in good shape heading into Saturday's game.
