Wigan Athletic have completed the signing of forward Josh Windass from Rangers FC for an undisclosed fee.
Windass, 24, has signed a three-year deal at the DW Stadium after completing the move at Euxton on Transfer Deadline Day.
Windass has previously worked with Latics’ assistant boss Leam Richardson, Head of Medical Andrew Proctor and Kal Naismith in his career to date, which started out as a youngster with Huddersfield Town before he moved to Accrington Stanley in 2013.
The forward played 87 times for Stanley, scoring 23 goals, before he moved north of the border to join Rangers in July 2016.
Since moving to Ibrox, Windass has scored 19 goals, 18 of which came last season in just 41 games.
