Midfielder Max Power has signed for Sunderland on an initial loan deal, which will be made permanent in January.
Power, 25, is in the top 50 all-time league appearance makers for Latics, having featured in 127 league games for the club in a three-year stay after signing from Tranmere Rovers.
A popular member of the dressing room and amongst Latics’ supporters, we wish Max all the best in his future career and thank him for his efforts during his time with the club.
