Latics’ programmes will take a different and innovative look in the 2018-19 season with Mickey Toones providing caricatures of our staff and players for the front covers!
In an era when the future of programmes has been questioned, Wigan Athletic have taken the approach to make sure their programme has exclusive content and is a collectors’ item, with the unique covers just one step taken to freshen up this season’s edition.
Each caricature will also be available to buy as a special for just £22,50, hand-signed by Mickey Toones and the respective member of staff or player, with a personalised message as requested. Full details of this to come soon!
Inside Saturday’s match programme is an exclusive interview with Callum McManaman, a special stats page highlighting upcoming Latics landmarks, in depth coverage of our visitors Sheffield Wednesday, a look at our history in the Sky Bet Championship from Paul Rowley and the start of a new feature from Jeff Rourke, looking back at our first-ever season as a Football League side, 40 years ago.
