Families of both home and away supporters will be welcome in the club’s Family Zone underneath the East Stand at Monday night’s Emirates FA Cup game at the DW Stadium.
The Family Zone attracts over 100 youngsters on match days, with activities including arts and crafts, basketball, dance, speed target gun, table tennis, table football and a Game Zone.
The Community Trust will be hosting a tournament in the Game Zone at Monday’s fixture which will give supporters the opportunity to show off their FIFA 18 skills in competition with other fans.
Open an hour and a half before kick-off (6.25pm), the Family Zone is completely FREE to all and is based underneath the East Stand of the DW Stadium. Snacks and drinks are available to buy while fruit is provided free of charge to all junior supporters.
In addition, The Brick, the club’s official charity of the season, have a food collection point situated in the Family Zone, where supporters can donate food and toiletries to help people in Wigan who are homeless or living in poverty to rebuild their lives.
The Family Zone closes at kick-off and children must be accompanied by an adult to enter and take part in the activities. By using the facility, you consent to having photographs taken and used by the club.
