PLYMOUTH ARGYLE v WIGAN ATHLETIC
SKY BET LEAGUE ONE
SATURDAY 20 JANUARY 2018
Around 400 Latics supporters are set to make the 570-mile+ round trip to Plymouth Argyle this weekend as Paul Cook's side look to extend their unbeaten Sky Bet League One run to 10 matches.
For those who haven't travelled to Home Park before or who would like more information on the match day experience at Plymouth Argyle, the club's Supporter Liaison Officer has provided the following information.
Best/worst routes to the stadium: There’s only one way in and it’s simple - M5 and A38 until you see the signs for the ground. Turn left and you’ll hit Home Park.
For Sat-Nav purposes, the postcode of the ground is PL2 3DQ.
If arriving by train, you have a 15-20 minute picturesque (though uphill) walk through the back of Central Park to reach the ground. Alternatively, you’ll be at the ground in five minutes via taxi.
Home Park has a very large – and free! – car park just outside the ground. It is council-run, and is typically a park-and-ride car park into the city. It is free to use on match-days, but will obviously begin to fill up very early.
Be very wary of parking on streets in the nearby area. Some require parking permits, some do not. Be extra aware of parking restrictions in the Life Centre next to the ground, as there are frequently enforcement officers on hand to clamp down on illegal parking there.
Blue Badge Car Parking: Please contact our Disabled Supporters Liaison Officer Steph Barker (firstname.lastname@example.org).
OTHER MATCH DAY SERVICES
Away friendly pre-match venues: The Britannia pub, opposite the ground.
Nearest cash machine: Home Park services, opposite the ground.
Food and drink available near or inside the ground: The usual – burgers, chips, etc…and pasties, of course!
