Nick Powell picked up an injury during Latics' 1-0 victory over Bradford City on Wednesday and will miss Sunday's game, as confirmed by Paul Cook in his pre-match press conference on Friday morning.
Cook also confirmed that his leading FA Cup goal scorer Will Grigg will return to the starting XI having appeared from the bench at Bradford on Wednesday.
