- Loan Update: Callum Lang's nets stoppage time winner in the FA Cup.
- Lang helps Oldham Athletic overcome Hampton and Richmond.
- Development Squad forward scores in 94th minute after giving a penalty away in the first half.
Callum Lang rounded off the action for our players out on loan in style on Monday evening, scoring in the 94th minute to seal Oldham Athletic a 2-1 away victory over Hampton and Richmond Borough in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Lang's clever turn and sweeping finish saw the Latics complete a comeback against their National League South opponents, having fallen behind in the 15th minute to a Chris Dickson penalty for the hosts, with Lang judged to have fouled Tyrell Miller-Rodney.
The non-league side led for the majority of the game, until Rob Hunt equalised in the 88th minute ahead of Lang's last-ditch winner.
Oldham's progression sees them facing another away trip to non-league opposition in the form of Maidstone United in the second round.
