Latics prepare for a local double-header with Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers, whilst the Under 18s face Blackpool twice.

It's going to be a busy week for the club, with first team local derbies against Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers, a cup and league double against Blackpool for the Under 18s, plenty of Latics birthdays and all of your usual content from our media team, including the start of a Latics Advent Calendar... watch this space for some great pre-Christmas treats!

Monday 26 November

Tickets for Latics' first team trips to Ipswich Town (Saturday 15 December) and West Bromwich Albion (Wednesday 26 December) are on sale to season card holders from 9.00am on Monday! Don't forget to dust off your fancy dress for the visit to the Hawthorns next month!

Latics legend and Wish FM/iFollow co-commentator Tommy Gore celebrates his 65th birthday!

Tuesday 27 November

Latics' Under 18s are in Lancashire FA Youth Cup action against Blackpool at 1.00pm on Tuesday afternoon. Our unbeaten youth team host the Tangerines at Christopher Park, looking to make it 16 games without defeat so far this season.

Online sales for our trip to Bolton Wanderers (Saturday 1 December) end at 4.00pm on Tuesday, with tickets available in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office and by calling 01942 311111 until midday on Friday 30 November. There will not be a pay on the day option.

Six secondary schools from Wigan and surrounding areas will take part in the local heat of the Premier League Enterprise Challenge at the DW Stadium.

The challenge will see youngsters who work alongside Wigan Athletic Community Trust put their business skills to the test by responding to a challenge set by Premier League Executive Chairman Richard Scudamore.

Lathom High School from Skelmersdale were crowned national winners of the event at last year’s final in London.

Wednesday 28 November

Latics are back in action at the DW Stadium for a local derby with Blackburn Rovers! After both sides battled it out for the Sky Bet League One title last season, both teams are in search of victory following Latics' 0-0 draw with Reading and Rovers' 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Preston North End.

Former Latics stopper David Glenn and defender Leon Barnett also celebrate their birthdays this Friday.

Derby day! We make the short trip across to Bolton Wanderers! There will not be a pay on the day option.

Our Under 18s are in action against Blackpool for the second time in the week, with both teams turning their attention towards the EFL Youth Alliance.

We begin our 2018 Latics Advent Calendar, giving away some pre-Christmas treats to lucky supporters leading up to the big day, including some exclusive Latics prizes and gifts from our technology partner Currys PC World Wigan. Watch out for what's on offer and how to enter each day at 8.00am across our social media channels.
