Wigan Athletic’s Jamie Walker, Callum Lang, Luke Burgess and Joe Piggott feature for their loan clubs in League One, League Two and the National League.

Jamie Walker

Jamie Walker made the fifth appearance of his loan spell with Sky Bet League One side Peterborough United on Saturday as Posh drew 2-2 with Blackpool at the ABAX Stadium.

Walker featured for 83 minutes of the draw as his side twice led through Rhys Bennett and Mark O’Hara, though goals from Armand Gnanduillet and Nathan Delfouneso twice pulled the visitors level.

Steve Evans’ side are currently 2nd in the League One table and could strengthen their grip on an automatic promotion spot when they travel to Sunderland on Tuesday night.

Callum Lang

Callum Lang featured for 89 minutes of Oldham Athletic’s goalless draw at Swindon Town as Frankie Bunn’s side extended their League Two unbeaten run to three games.

Lang has now played eight times for Oldham, who sit 6th in Sky Bet League Two.

Oldham head to fellow promotion chasers Mansfield Town on Tuesday night.

Joe Piggott

Joe Piggott was a late substitute for Morecambe on Saturday as the Shrimps picked up a vital away win at Grimsby Town in Sky Bet League Two.

Goals from Rhys Oates – who Piggott replaced in the 89th minute - and Liam Mandeville decided the game for Jim Bentley’s side.

Piggott has featured five times so far for Morecambe, who are 17th in League Two heading in Tuesday night’s clash with Cheltenham Town at Whaddon Road.

Luke Burgess

Luke Burgess continued his fine efforts for Barrow in the National League as he featured for the duration of their 2-0 win at Dover on Saturday.

A double from Jack Hindle earned the win for Barrow, who are 14th in the fourth tier.

Devante Cole

Devante Cole was an unused substitute as Burton Albion drew 0-0 with Scunthorpe United at the Pirelli Stadium.
