Latics are on the road following a successful double-header at the DW Stadium with victories over Hull City and Bristol City last week.

Samy Morsy, Josh Windass and Nick Powell all starred in the wins to lift Latics into fifth, whilst Norwich City sit two points behind Paul Cook's men on 14 points in 11th place.

Daniel Farke's side are on somewhat of a hot streak, with four straight victories in all competitions and three consecutive in the league, totalling to a six match unbeaten run.

WIGAN ATHLETIC

Latics head to Norwich City in the Sky Bet Championship this weekend, with Will Grigg, James Vaughan and Callum McManaman all in contention following recent minor injuries.

Grigg and Vaughan both missed Latics' 1-0 victory over Bristol City, whilst McManaman has been absent from the squad for the last two matches.

Dan Burn and Gavin Massey remain sidelined.

NORWICH CITY

Jordan Rhodes hit the goal trail with a hat-trick in Norwich's 4-3 victory against Wycombe Wanderers in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday evening. The loanee came in to replace leading goal scorer Teemu Pukki who was rested and is expected to return to the starting XI this weekend.

Ben Marshall was absent but began training on Monday following a recent illness, whilst defender Ivo Pinto made his first team return in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.

Onel Hernandez is expected to return after the international break but is back running, whilst Kenny McLean looks likely to be out for longer than first anticipated.
