Speaking to iFollow Latics at the Wigan Athletic Training Centre on Thursday morning, Latics boss Paul Cook gave the following updates on his players:
"Nick Powell and Josh Windass are fine. Nick felt his hamstring a little bit in the Hull game, but we dealt with it leading up to Norwich and he's fine to be involved again this weekend.
"Unfortunately for Foxy, he's not going to be able to travel to Elland Road, but everyone else has recovered well from Sunday's game."
Jonas Olsson came on for his home debut against Norwich City due to Fox's knee injury.
Gary Roberts, Anthony Pilkington and Callum McManaman have all been missing due to injuries.
Michael Jacobs remains a long-term injury concern through a hamstring problem.
Latics made four changes for last Sunday's draw against Norwich, with Lee Evans, Leon Clarke, Kal Naismith and Gavin Massey replacing Darron Gibson, Joe Garner, Josh Windass and Nick Powell.
Marcelo Bielsa suffered a pre-match blow last weekend when captain Liam Cooper picked up an injury in the warm up. The central defender was replaced by Gaetano Berardi for Leeds' 1-0 win against Sheffield Wednesday.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference on Wednesday afternoon, Bielsa said he will stick with the same team that beat the Owls, with Cooper's return to the team unlikely.
Leeds lined up as follows: Casilla, Ayling, Jansson, Berardi, Alioski, Roberts, Hernandez, Harrison, Phillips, Klich, Bamford
