Latics’ Development Squad will be looking to build on their recent win 4-1 victory over Notts County when they travel to Rotherham United on Tuesday afternoon.

Goals from Under 18 stars Charlie Jolley (2) and Luke Robinson got Wigan Athletic on their way, before Denzel Williams’ strike on the 80th minute ensured Latics took all three points, despite the visitors grabbing a consolation goal late-on.

After impressive 3-1 and 6-0 victories over Morecambe and Mansfield Town, Latics were at the wrong end of a five-goal thriller against Doncaster Rovers at Christopher Park.

Though, Nick Chadwick’s side bounced back against Notts County, making it 15 goals in just four games, and they will be hoping they can take that form into the game against Central League leaders Rotherham on Tuesday.
