Latics bring in Premier League midfielder on loan for the remainder of the 2018-19 season.
- Wigan Athletic have completed the loan signing of midfielder Beni Baningime from Everton until the end of the 2018-19 season
- Baningime, 20, joins Latics from the Premier League outfit, linking up with his brother, Divin, who plays in the club’s development squad and under-18s

Wigan Athletic are delighted to confirm the loan signing of Everton midfielder Beni Baningime on loan until the end of the 2018-19 season.
20-year-old Baningime grew up in Wigan and has joined Latics from the Premier League side having impressed for the Toffees’ first team and academy in recent seasons.
Baningime featured 12 times for Everton’s first team last season, playing in Premier League, UEFA Europa League and Carabao Cup fixtures.
Baningime’s brother, Divin, is a current star of Latics’ impressive under-18s side and has also featured for the club’s development squad this season.
