HOW TO BUY

  • Phone – 01942 311111
  • On the Day - Cash on the East and South Stands, tickets for the West Stand need to be purchased from the DW Stadium Ticket Office. Open from 10.00am.

LATE TURNSTILES

Late turnstiles are open for 40 minutes after kick off. They are located in the following stands.

North Stand - P1
South Stand - F1
East Stand - L5
West Stand - D1

PARKING

Supporters using Car Park 1 (Visitors Car Park), Car Park 3 (behind the East Stand) and Car Park 4 (accessed via Frith Street off Saddle Junction) will be required to pay a charge (see below).

Minibuses - £10.00
Coaches - £20.00

Staying for longer? Only a short walk down the road off Stadium Way (postcode - WN5 0LX) we have partnered with Holiday Inn Express, and guests are able to enjoy 20% off hotel food and beverage when you book directly with Holiday Inn Express, a match ticket must be presented when booking and at point of purchase.

INFORMATION FOR DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Wigan Athletic is committed to providing our supporters and guests with an inclusive and enjoyable experience. Below are some examples of what we provide.

Each stand at the DW Stadium has two designated accessible platforms in excellent positions with catering and toilet facilities available, lifts to each concourse and direct access to the platforms.

These platforms are designated for supporters, who use a wheelchair, with personal assistant seats allocated alongside the platforms. Additional wheelchair and disabled facilities are available at the front of the West Stand.

A personal assistant, if needed, will be issued with a ticket at the club’s discretion on completion of a disability registration form.

The club makes provision for disabled supporter car parking on the adjacent Robin Park Arena, close to turnstiles and entry points to the stadium.

Match commentary facilities are available for visually impaired supporters, in specific areas of the DW Stadium. Headsets are available for a fully refundable deposit of £10.

Concourse Catering Menu 2018-19

THE DW SPORTS FITNESS LOUNGE SOUTH STAND BAR

All home fans are welcome in the DW Sports Fitness Lounge South Stand Bar, with food and drink available, plus the day's live matches shown on our screens.

The lounge is open from 10.00am on Sunday and is free-to-enter before and after the match, with a pie and a pint/soft drink available for just £5.

You can also receive more information about the Wigan Athletic Supporters Club in the lounge, with members of the Supporters Club getting access to further drinks offers on match days.

LATICS CLUB SHOP

Show your colours and buy the latest Latics merchandise from the club shop located to the left of main reception towards the DW Stadium Ticket Office.

PURCHASE A MATCH DAY PROGRAMME

With our Mickey Toones collectable caricatures on the front and exclusives interviews and content inside, you can pick up a copy of the programme for £3 from sellers around the stadium, or purchase online to keep up with your collection.

LATICS LOTTO

Fans can buy Latics Lotto tickets, priced at just £2, from sellers at the stadium before home games, with results announced via the club’s social media channels and website after each game.

A cash prize is on offer, with previous winner taking home £251 from our recent fixture against Preston North End.


Proceeds from Latics Lotto go towards supporting activites and programmes carried out by the club's official charity Wigan Athletic Community Trust.

THE FAMILY ZONE AND BLUE ROOM

Wigan Athletic Blue Room

We're calling on the next generation of Latics supporters to come down to the DW and enjoy everything match day brings, including free access to our Family Zone and Blue Room facilities before the match.

Our Family Zone, located underneath the East Stand, is free to enter for young supporters and their families!

You can enjoy pre-match activities such as; PlayStation games, football inflatables, pool, arts and crafts, table tennis, basketball and lots more, plus you'll be able to meet some of our first team stars before kick off!

The Blue Room is Latics’ pre-match area in the Family Zone for junior disabled fans and their families to enjoy a number of inclusive activities.

SUPPORT OUR CHARITY OF THE SEASON

Our charity of the season, The Brick, will be collecting donations around the stadium.

If any supporter witnesses any form of discriminatory behaviour within the DW stadium please report it to the nearest steward or text WIGAN to 80800, our incident reporting line, providing details of the stand name, row number, seat number and description of the offender and incident.
