Skilful winger who signed for Latics from Crewe Alexandra in 2016 after progressing through the Gresty Road academy.

Colclough signed a three-and a half year deal when he signed from Crewe Alexandra in January 2016 and has since been a key squad member for the majority of his managers at the DW Stadium since.

Equally as comfortable on either flank, he is quick, skilful and can cut in to shoot on to both his left and right foot.

Since signing, Colclough has played 56 games in all competitions, scoring eight goals in the process. He also spent time on loan at MK Dons at the start of the 2016-17 season, in which time he scored five times in 23 appearances.

His name rose to prominence in the 2017-18 season when he scored twice against Doncaster Rovers before running straight off the pitch on the hour mark to get to Warrington in time to witness the birth of his second child, Harley.

CAREER SO FAR
Burslem-born Colclough came through Crewe Alexandra's excellent academy and made his debut at 17 for the Railwaymen.

He broke through to become a regular towards the end of the 2014-15 season and confirmed his potential after scoring seven league goals at the start of the 2016-17 campaign – plus a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy goal in the 3-2 defeat to Latics.

Colclough finished at Crewe with 68 appearances to his name, in which time he notched 13 goals.
